The purpose of this report is to estimate the average annual expenditures made for the construction of public K-12 and higher education facilities in Michigan over the past 12 years as a result of Michigan’s prevailing wage law. We also studied this subject in a 2013 report. This is our 2015 edition of that analysis using more recent data, new data, and a more conservative approach.
