Mr. Nick Beekman is a research associate and administrative assistant for Anderson Economic Group. He supports AEG by assisting consultants and analysts in the research and construction of reports as well as overseeing the AEG office space so our experts can perform with efficiency and focus.
Nick is an Honors College student at Michigan State University’s College of Social Science, Eli Broad College of Business, and James Madison College where he is pursuing three respective majors: economics, supply chain management, and political theory and constitutional democracy with a minor in political economy.
Prior to joining AEG, Mr. Beekman interned for a state representative and a supreme court election campaign. He also researched for the James Madison Human Rights Lab and identified drone strikes and plane movements presented to a group of UN experts.
In addition to his professional occupations, Mr. Beekman enjoys learning, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family. Over the summer, he serves the community by mentoring and coaching children at a local basketball camp.
