It is the task of this Housing Needs Assessment to provide insight and guidance for the community and its residents and stakeholders, as it pertains to homeowner absenteeism(seasonality), foreclosures, migrant housing, housing affordability, and senior housing options.
This report provides historic and future projections of the overall market, economy, and housing conditions for four Quadrants, local municipalities, and Ottawa County. This report can be used to market the housing needs of the county and will encourage further housing development.
