The Michigan Economic Development Corporation selected Anderson Economic Group to benchmark the business climate of Michigan against competing cities.
This study differs from past efforts at evaluating the Michigan business climate, as it focuses on specific competitor cities including those who have turned their concentration toward developing high-tech industries and relies on a much more sophisticated analysis of wage, cost, and tax data for both manufacturing and service firms in each city.
