Small-business owners say costs, regulations among needed ACA fixes

"Small and medium-sized business felt the brunt of it when the ACA was implemented," said Anderson, who has always provided health insurance for his 10 employees. "They don't like an uncertainty about costs. There were wrenching cost increases for a lot of businesses."

Unless targeted at Obamacare's problems, Anderson said replacing the Affordable Care Act with something unknown could lead to higher premium increases.

"Take it slow. Small businesses would rather have 100, 200 or 300 days to get it right," Anderson said.
