NEW YORK – September 7, 2016 – Anderson Economic Group LLC, the boutique consultancy founded in Michigan in 1996 and now in Chicago and Istanbul, announced today plans to open a new office in New York City.
“The timing of our expansion into New York is especially meaningful, given that this week marks the 15th anniversary of 9/11," said Patrick L. Anderson, the firm’s founder and CEO. “Two of us survived that tragedy at the World Trade Center, and both were moved by the heroism of New York firefighters that helped save our lives.
"I didn't plan that day to build a business that extended across the country--I was too busy praying to live another day," said Anderson, "but I am profoundly grateful for the chance to be back in New York this week, opening an office and hiring New Yorkers."
