Chicago, IL. – Anderson Economic Group, LLC, is pleased to
announce that Caroline Sallee has been named Director of the Public Policy, Fiscal, and Economic Analysis practice area. In this role, she will be supervising consultants working on economic impact studies, benchmarking studies, and policy analysis.
Sallee is a Senior Consultant at Anderson Economic Group, specializing in applied economics and public finance. Her recent work includes annual economic impact assessments for Michigan’s University Research Corridor (Michigan State University, the University of Michigan, and Wayne State University); an economic scope study for Business Leaders for Michigan; and the benchmarking of Michigan’s business taxes with other states in a project for the Michigan House of Representatives. She has also completed several technology industry reviews, estimating the wages and employment of technology workers in Southeast Michigan for Automation Alley and in West Virginia for the West Virginia High Tech Consortium Foundation.
Prior to joining Anderson Economic Group, Ms. Sallee worked for the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) as a member of the Education, Workforce and Income Security team.
Ms. Sallee holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and history from Augustana College in Illinois.
